Minecraft Offline Not Working. Once you've done that, you'll be able to play offline. It seems as if you are required to at least verify with minecraft.net that you own a copy before.
Windows 7/8 (recommended) just double click and install. If you are not logged in and don't have an internet connection, you won't be able to log in. If you play locally you need only one account, other players can choose the option work offline when starting the game.
I Think That This Is No Longer Possible, At Least For Me It Is Not.
I just figured out why minecraft wasnt working, it wasnt because of the firewall, but because in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ i found a file called hosts and when i opened with notepad, it showed a code to make minecraft offline and after that, i deleted the file for good and minecraft works just as good. Once you've done that, you'll be able to play offline. Windows 7/8 (recommended) just double click and install.
Try Adding Minecraft.net Into Trusted Sites' Set.
If you want to play online you need a separate account for each player. The only workaround is to set the server in online mode. Click here for my spigot thread!
If Problem Still Persists, It Could Be Dns Fault.
It is a mojang bug, as since your server is offline, you're unable to retrieve skin data. You can install minecraft from a usb drive but you will need internet access, at least temporarily, to log in once. I do web design, plugin development, etc.

Iron farm not working when offline/in nether so i built the docm/jl iron farm and it was working fine when people were online, and very slow when no one was on the server. If you are not logged in and don't have an internet connection, you won't be able to log in. You'll need (2) switches, (2) games, and unfortunately you'll need your nintendo account to be linked because you cannot bypass the linking your nintendo id message and you won't be able to play.
This Is Used To Verify That You Actually Own The Game.
Maybe i'm just missing something that is very obvious, but where in the world is the work offline option in the launcher? Since the server is in offline mode, it does not contact any of the mojang servers and can't show clients their skin files. How to play minecraft free offline/cracked kom!
